2026 Contracts & Info Sheets Coming Soon
We are finalizing all documentation for the 2026 reporting year, including:
- Updated 2026 AQR service contracts and information sheets
- Measure “At a Glance” Sheets
We expect to begin sending these materials in mid‑February. Keep an eye on your inbox—these documents will provide everything you need to begin preparing for the 2026 performance year. MVP Candidate Feedback Period — Open Until February 6, 2026
CMS is currently seeking public feedback on the proposed MVP candidates for upcoming reporting years. This is a valuable opportunity for clinicians, practices, and stakeholders to:
- Influence measure selection
- Provide input on MVP structure and feasibility
- Suggest improvements based on real‑world experience
If your practice participates in an MVP pathway or is considering transitioning to one, we strongly encourage you to review the candidates and submit your comments before the deadline.
