Q2 Data Submission Timeline

As we approach the end of the second quarter, we want to share a few important reminders and updates to support your ongoing success with MIPS reporting. Quarter 2 ends on June 30. To ensure timely and accurate reporting, please plan to submit your Q2 data by July 14.

If you have not yet submitted your Q1 data, please do so as soon as possible. If you need assistance or would like to discuss an adjusted submission schedule, we encourage you to reach out to our team. As a CMS-qualified registry, we are required to provide four feedback reports per year, and your data is essential for us to meet that requirement and provide meaningful insights.

CMS Scoring Updates

We are still awaiting the release of final scores for the 2025 performance year. Once CMS releases these scores, we will notify you promptly. Please note that payment adjustments are typically not finalized until approximately 60 days after the release of final scores.

MVP Registration Updates

Our team is currently working on MVP registrations. If you are interested in participating in an MVP and do not hear from us before July 15 that you are registered, please reach out so we can assist you with registration and ensure you are included in the appropriate pathway.

Promoting Interoperability Timeline

If you are required to or want to opt-in to report Promoting Interoperability, you need to start collecting data no later than July 5th. Promoting Interoperability needs to be completed over a 180-day reporting period before December 31, 2026. In addition to the numerator and denominator requirements, you need two things to be true to attest:

  1. Your practice needs to have a certified EHR system in use
  2. Your HIPAA Security Risk Assessment must be completed- starting in 2026 you need to document that you acted on the findings

Client Communication and HoneyBook

As a reminder, we are utilizing HoneyBook for client tracking and select communications. If you receive an email from an AffordableQR team member through HoneyBook, it is legitimate and not spam.

We also offer a client portal through HoneyBook where you can securely access signed contracts, feedback reports, and other important documents. If you would like us to set up a portal for your practice, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.
