We have a few important updates and reminders to share as we move further into the 2026 reporting year.

Introducing Our Newest Team Member

We are excited to welcome Abbey to the AffordableQR team as our new Data Analyst/Administrative Assistant. Abbey will be assisting with data processing, reporting, and client support to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience throughout the reporting year. Q2 Data Submission Timeline

Please note that Q2 will officially end on June 30, 2026. As we approach this deadline, we encourage all practices to begin preparing their data submissions to ensure timely processing and feedback.

Q1 Data Submissions

If you have not yet submitted your Q1 data, please do so as soon as possible. Timely submission is critical to allow us to review your data, provide feedback, and keep your reporting on track.

MVP Registration

We have begun the process of completing MVP registrations for the 2026 reporting year.

If your practice is planning to report using an MVP, we will handle the registration on your behalf.

Once your registration has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation via email.

For practices with a signed contract indicating MVP participation, we will be registering at both the group level and, where eligible, at the individual level. This dual registration approach ensures that all reporting options remain available when we reach final submission.

2025 CMS Feedback Coming Soon

CMS is expected to release 2025 performance feedback in the coming weeks. Once this information becomes available, our team will review your results and reach out with a summary of your final score, along with any key insights or recommendations.
